How much will I pay for delivery?

For orders up to £100 we make a charge of £9.49 per order; this covers up to a total weight of 10 kilos so why not ask friends and family if they'd like to share an order.
For orders over £100 carriage is free.

Can I have next day delivery?

Orders received before 10.30am, Monday to Thursday, will have a guaranteed next day delivery.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be packaged until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders can be delivered on Saturday at an extra cost of £15 (this is what the carrier charges us) .

Who will deliver my fish?

Our deliveries are handled by Business Post.  We chose Business Post because of their excellent reputation and have not been disappointed.

How will my fish be packaged?

All your fish will be vacuum packed (vac-packed) and labelled with a use by date and freezing instructions. After your fish has been prepared and packaged, it is placed into an insulated polystyrene box. The fish is then surrounded with chilled gel packs to keep it fresh,cool and in perfect condition.
