Our Takeaway & outside seating is open 11.45am until 3pm Sunday to Thursday, and 11.45 until 5pm Friday & Saturday. Our restaurant is currently being rebuilt & we hope to welcome you back inside from November.
Our Fish counter is open 7 days a week from 8am until 5pm.
The Little Fish & Chip Shop in East St is open 7 days a week from 11:45am until 8pm.

Sole Bay Fish Company was born when we started to sell our daily catch from our small hut in the harbour back in 2001. Now this popular spot is not only a fishmongers but a bustling takeaway.

In 2015 our sister company, The Little Fish & Chip Shop was established. Serving purely as a take away our menu offers all the classics, cooked the traditional way, in beef dripping.
